Supper time part 2~

        Tonight we were crazy! We, eight girls were walking to have a supper at the “mamak stall” at 11pm.

        We ordered many kinds of food like “roti canai”, “roti pisang”, “roti kaya”, “roti tisu”, “mee goreng mamak” and so on. We were laughing, talking, eating ….The customers were looking at us and maybe thinking that we were totally crazy. But we were crazy because we wanted to express our tension after done the assignment. 

        Then we finished our “crazy time” and went home at midnight.

Spaghetti ~

        Tonight, I am having a delicious dinner. My friend was cooked spaghetti for us!

        

        He reached my home at 3’o clock in the evening to prepare the dinner. He didn’t want anyone of us to send a help to him. He wanted to cook it by himself.

Wow, his cook was really delicious! I could get the smell of the potato soup and mushroom soup in my room too. All of us enjoying the dinner well. Thanks for your dinner, Andrew.

A horrible night~

         Last night was a horrible night for me. During the evening, the sky started lightning and thunder. When I am talking with my friend, I shocked by a big sound of thunder suddenly.  The whole house was in the dark. 

        We all walked out from the room. Each face of us was marked with a big question mark and worrying. What was going on? After checking, everything was fine but the wifi internet modem was not functioning! Oh no, I couldn’t do my assignment tonight!

Market part 2~

         Today, three of us got a mission which was refilled our empty refrigerator with food at least one week. Thus, we planned to go to morning market and bought some food. 

        We bought our breakfast first before starting our mission. Then, we went into the market. I’m too headache to choose which vegetables should I bought.  However, we still finished our mission in half an hour.

        After home, we refilled the vegetables into the refrigerator. We were enjoying our “brunch” after the mission. Hahaha~^^

Newspaper ~

         Today, I kept on counting the newspaper. Why? Because that was once of my assignment!

 I needed to calculate the percentage and area for the news. This was a challenging job for me to overcome it. I kept on measuring, calculating and recording. I repeated again and again to get the accurate counting answer. If the percentage or area was wrong, I needed to calculate again from the beginning.

Finally, I settled the difficult job before midnight on the day.

A trip to Sungai Klah hot spring~

        Early in the morning, we all about 40 peoples went to Sungai Klah hot spring by bus. We kept on talking because too excited. 

        We reached there around 9:30am. We started by having some games. Then, we could enjoy our happy hours now! We had a fun with hot spring, water pool, boiling egg and so on. Oh no, I’m getting sunburn again!

        Then we prepared home at 4pm. When we reached home, my friends and I went to have a dinner at Secret Recipe. Today was such a wonderful day for me.

Another lazy day~

        Today, I didn’t do anything for the whole day. I am very lazy to do my assignments. Although the time to hand up the assignment was so closed but I still didn’t do anything.

        I kept on face booking and hearing some songs. My roommate was going to the library to discuss the works since morning. But I still couldn’t motivate myself to start my assignment. 

What happen to me? The answer was lazy…..

The movie of “the little nyonya”~

         I watched the Chinese movie of “The Little Nyonya” two years ago. This movie was acting by a group of Singaporeans actors. 

The story was talking about a life of a nyonya. She was so brave and strange to face the difficulties of life. The movie showed the cultural and tradition food of baba and nyonya. I am very touching after watching this movie. I had learnt a lesson through this movie. 

I so admired the character in this movie because she was such a heroine for me! 

My tech savvy life~

         A tech savvy work-at-home may start my day by checking my email and sorting them into folders. I will flag the important ones and create tasks out of the ones that need action. After which, I may note in my calendar and tasks with my mobile phone as double check. 

Besides, I will open my feed reader and in one glance to see the new entries in my favourite news sites and blogs. At the same time, I will update my own blog, and maybe use an online photo editing tool to adjust my new profile picture. To keep in touch with my network, I might also check in on my Facebook and others networking sites. 

           That’s all for my simple tech savvy life. 

A busy and rush day~

         I hurried back to Tanjung Malim from Kuala Lumpur. I reached there around 4pm with my friend. I rushed with time because there were some activities that I needed to handle up at church. 

        When I arrived there, I had no time to rest. We carried out the activities until 10pm. I am very tired but happy. My life was fully and more meaningful than before.

A trip with my relatives~

        After class at 10am, I hurried back home and bagged my clothes. I’m willing to meet my relatives at KLCC whose were reached at Kuala Lumpur yesterday.

        I spent half an hour to find and meet them because I lost my way at Central Court. Then we continued our trip to several shopping malls. We tried many delicious foods and I didn’t pay any money at all! 

        I would stay a night with them. Then I would back to Tanjung Malim at the next day.

My first presentation~

         
          Today was my first presentation for my English for Communication 2. I am very excited although I had prepared that for 2 days. However, I still failed to remember my speech. I’m too excited until I forgot my words!

          I’m not confident enough to face the audiences. I needed to improve my confidence and speaking no matter who were my audiences .

Market~

         During 8:30am, my friend and I went to the market to buy some vegetables. We walked around the market first before making any decision. Then, we selected the flesh and cheaper vegetables. We bought carrots, long beans, potatoes, tomatoes and so on. We also bought some meat to full fill our empty refrigerator. 

        Then, we were cycling home with the filled basket in front of our bicycles.

Rebirth of eagle~

          The eagles can live to be 70 years but in order to reach that age it makes a painful decision in its 40s.  At that time the eagle goes through a 150-day change that extends the eagle's life that includes breaking off the beak and feathers so new ones can grow. 

         The eagles go through a painful process of rebirth thereby allowing them to live another 30 years. How about us if we want to rebuild ourselves for the following life?

Bread~

The history of bread goes back at least 30,000 years. The first bread produced was probably cooked versions of a grain-paste, made from roasted and ground cereal grains and water. The bread may have been developed by accidental cooking or deliberate experimentation with water and grain flour. 

The bread are still commonly made from various grains in many parts of the world like lavashs, taboons, sangaks, Mesican tortilla, Indian chapatis, rotis and naans, Scottish oatcake, North American johnnycake, Middle Eastern pita, and Ethiopian injera. 

Today the bread that we eat is so differently and contains many types. Which types of bread do you like to eat?

Another 3 hours~

        Today, I still got another 3 hours for Taekwondo class. We needed to replace the times for the next few weeks because of holidays.

        Oh no, we had our training at the field! The weather was so hot and the sun shine made me suffer.

        We were learning another skill which was TAEGEUK 1. The skill was important for us to pass the text for upgrading the belt. I totally confuse when I learn it. I couldn’t move my legs and hands at the same moment! I needed more practices.

Tired~

         Today I got my Taekwondo class for four hours. I totally used out my whole energy for that. We practised again and again. We learnt the new skills like turning kick, side kick and front snap kick. I still couldn’t differentiate the skills and managed those skills well.

        After Taekwondo class, I hurried back and had a bath. Then I rushed out to another meeting. I spent my whole day by running here and there. I totally tired already.  

Cake balls~

        Have you see or hear about the cake balls before? Normally, I know the cakes are square, round or others special shape.

        I just get the surprise that the cake balls are so amazing! The cakes look so “cute” and you are not willing to eat it. The cake balls can be a type of art and also can be the decorations on the table.

         I like those kinds of cake. The cake balls are the surprise gifts for me when I am fully tension with the assignments~

Beach, I’m coming!!

         During these few days, the weather was hot and I’m sweating all the times. I couldn’t help it anymore! 

        I want to draw myself into a cold and wide beach! I don’t know how to swim but I can immerse myself in the sea to enjoy it. I don’t know when I will go to the beach but I will get it soon.

        White sand, blue sea………I will come soon!!

Shopping day~

         Today, I’m free for whole day. My friends and I went to a mall which quite far away from ours home. We wanted to buy some daily things and food. We borrowed a car from our housemate.

         We bought our things within two hours. I bought 2 cans of biscuits with price of RM11.99. The biscuits were quite cheap because of promotions which “buy one free one”. But now I am worrying how to finish that biscuits.Then we had our lunch before home.
